Refund policy

We’re committed to delivering the highest quality olive oil. Because our product is perishable and sensitive to time, light, and heat, we follow a strict but fair return policy.


Return Window

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • This ensures the product remains within our freshness and quality standards.

  • Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted, unless they qualify under our Exceptions (see below).


Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under these conditions:

  • The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging

  • It has been stored correctly (cool, dark place, away from heat and light)

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email)

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • For damaged or defective items, photos or video evidence must be submitted


 Exceptions

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Returns requested after 7 days

  • Products damaged due to improper customer storage (e.g., left in heat or direct sunlight)

  • Subjective quality concerns (e.g., personal preferences on flavor, aroma, or texture)

  • Sale items or promotional items, unless damaged on arrival

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for issues that fall outside these rules but warrant attention.


 Refunds & Replacements

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

  • Return shipping may be required in some cases (non-defective returns only)

  • If the item is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
