Return Window
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

This ensures the product remains within our freshness and quality standards.

Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted, unless they qualify under our Exceptions (see below).
Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under these conditions:

The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging

It has been stored correctly (cool, dark place, away from heat and light)

You can provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email)

The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery

For damaged or defective items, photos or video evidence must be submitted
Exceptions
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used products

Returns requested after 7 days

Products damaged due to improper customer storage (e.g., left in heat or direct sunlight)

Subjective quality concerns (e.g., personal preferences on flavor, aroma, or texture)

Sale items or promotional items, unless damaged on arrival
We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for issues that fall outside these rules but warrant attention.
